Do you do custom and personalized greeting cards?
I'm not able to change the color, rearrange words, or replace words on EXISTING cards.
I am, however, available for lettering commissions or to create a licensed design. My fee depends on the complexity of the project, and my lettering rate is $65/hour. Contact me and let's talk about it!
How long does shipping take?
I pack and ship orders within 24 hours of your order, and then it takes USPS anywhere from 1-5 business days to deliver it to you, depending on your location within the US. Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for faster USPS 1-3 Day delivery.
What's the status of my order?
You should have received a shipping notification when your order shipped. Please check your email including your spam folder for an email from "In A Nutshell." In that email is a USPS tracking number that you can click on and check the status of your delivery. Please refer to my Shipping Policies for estimated shipping times.
I checked tracking on my order and tracking status hasn't changed.
It can take USPS up to 24 hours to update tracking. Tracking on the usps.com website is sometimes more up-to-date, so you may want to check there. Go to https://www.usps.com/ then paste your tracking number into the "Search A Tracking Number" box. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages. It can take USPS up to 5 business days to deliver once out for delivery. If after 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT business days) your order still hasn't arrived, please contact the shop.
Do you do Wholesale?
Yes! I happily accept wholesale orders at 50% off retail price.. Minimum order is 50 cards. Minimum of 4 cards per style. Please contact the shop with your order.
